Aura Property Management Group — Owner Onboarding Declaration
By submitting this form, you confirm and agree:
1. Authority. You are the registered legal owner of the property described, or hold legal authority to appoint a property manager on the registered owner's behalf.
2. Accuracy. All information provided is accurate, complete, and true. You accept responsibility for updating Aura immediately if any details change — including alarm codes, banking details, access information, or property condition.
3. Management Authority. You authorise Aura Property Management Group to act as your appointed managing agent. A formal Management Agreement will be issued separately.
4. Listing Authority. You authorise Aura to photograph, market, list and promote your property across short-term rental platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Lekkeslaap and SA Venues, unless specifically restricted in writing.
5. Banking Details. Banking details are authorised solely for processing monthly rental income payouts. Aura accepts no liability for misdirected payments due to incorrect banking details supplied by the owner.
6. Safety & Compliance. You confirm your property meets all applicable South African safety standards for short-term letting, including pool safety fencing, fire safety equipment, and valid electrical COC.
7. Insurance. You carry appropriate building and contents insurance and will notify Aura of any changes to your insurance cover.
8. Privacy & POPIA. Your personal information is processed in strict accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your information will never be sold or shared with unauthorised third parties.
9. Governing Law. This declaration and the subsequent Management Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, KwaZulu-Natal jurisdiction.
